How do I fix the automatic mirrors and digital clock in my 1999 Toyota Camry?

I'm thinking there's a wire shortage but, can't be positive.
Have any idea what it could be?If so,what would I ask for and buy at the auto parts store?

check the fuses. it might be that. look in your owners manuel for the location or on the fuse panel.
