How do I fix my Motorola Droid?

Try removing the battery and re-inserting it. It is charged, I assume. Other than that, there's little you can do without risking voiding your warranty.

I have a Motorola Droid. I've had it for a couple of months now with no problems. I was talking on the phone today and when I got off the phone, it shut off by itself. I tried to turn it back on and it showed the word droid and the red eye but then went black. I am going to take it in to Verizon tomorrow morning but is there something I can do temporarily?
I took the battery out and put it back in plenty of times! I also put it on the charger.
