how do i fix my honda shadow 600 vlx?

easy fix do what i did i had a 2007 shadow vlx after riding for about 2 months realizing it is a slow piece of shit and needles to say not american i took the hit and traded it in for a bran new hd dyna it blows my shadow out of the water plus its a real mans bike not a kids or a girls bike
 
i don't know much about engines, or transmission. I think it might be a transmission problem. When i get going around 60 mph the bike starts make a loud ticking/clicking sound. When i put my head down the listen to where its coming from i cant quite tell if its just the chain or somewhere up front. it doesn't matter what gear i'm in. If anyone has had the same problem or may have an answer for me let me know. thanks
 
Check your chain for proper play and for tight spots
I just replaced the chain on my VLX..
