The grounds (green) were a common problem and the sockets where the wires went onto the bulbs, chase the green down to the chassis ground and make sure it is well grounded.
Well we need to know whats wrong first.A little more details and we may be able to helpp...My first guess is check the high/low beam switch on the floor...
