How do I fix my car stereo?

Okay I mean it works fine the cd player...the radio stations...but when I turn my car off and well when it's time to go somewhere and turn my car on my car stereo is unprogrammed...like the clock and sound for example. The brand of it is a Pioneer, and my car is a Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999 thanx guys.
