How Do I Fix An Xbox 360 Without The Ring Of Death That Wont Play Through The TV?

I fix xbox 360s part time, but I came across this one, and after I fixed the ring of death it still wont play on the tv. It gives me no AV signal, can anyone help me?
 
Maybe its the TV....just a thought?

or replace the whole AV maybe something is still burnt out.
