I have a 2000 chevy blazer LS. my brake! light and abs light have been coming on intermittenly and I just wondered if anyone else has had a problem with this and what the solution is for it. I have tried calling places but they say they cant check for abs light problems and I do not want to take it to a dealer to have them tell me I need to pay a bunch of money for the fix as im on a limited income. Can anyone help out with suggestions....

like the guy above me says don't just use duct tape, use electrical tape, lol no don't, it sounds like you have bad ABS sensors, if it keeps turning off and going away, you can see if they're damaged by taking the tires off (probably the front) and checking around the strut for the sensor, it may be damaged, but honestly most GM vehicles have this issue and really isn't to bad of a problem, i ripped the sensors off my car just so the light would stay on instead of flickering, also check fluid levels
