How do I fish this kind of pond?

There is a medium sized pond where i live, and I would like to know how to fish it to its best. right now all i catch is over active sunfish, and the ocassional crappie. i would like some suggestions on how to catch some bass, or maybe just more crappie. i am just tired of getting these stupid sunfish!
 
What are you fishing with now? Try going deep with some crank-baits or weighted plastic worms. Look for small coves or inlets with overhangs where bass may hang out. I've always had great luck with nightcrawlers and Rapala floating lures, but every pond is different.
