Are we trying to round up, in a way? Like if an angle given is 89, we're trying to find the number that will get it closest to the next line on the "co-ordinate plane" (if I can call it that). By co-ordinate plane, i'm trying to say the lines which is 0 (right), 90 (vertical up), 180 (left), 270 (vertical down). So if I was given an angle like 89, would it be 1?
I'm unsure on this, so can anyone please EXPLAIN to me and show me how? And I do not expect, nor want all of those questions answered. Even one or two will do so I can do the others myself. I'm just putting it up there so that you can see what we're doing.
