How do I find the market capitalization and value for shareholders equity if there is a parent and a group.?

I was looking at kathmandu holdings ltd annual report for july 2010 to july 2011. I need to find the market capitalization and value for shareholders equity as at july 2011. I know these two would be different but the problem is that there is a parent and a group column in the balance sheet so how do I calculate both using that?
