how do i find the energy with my busy lifestyle?

My lifestyle is pretty chaotic... I run around all day in a fast food restraunt where i work anywhere from 10 to 14hrs a day..... in a couple of months I'll be joining the army, and i want to know if there is anything that will help me regain some energy to go for a jog or something after work.... any substances and/or everyday foods

anything that 'gives' you energy is unsafe, cuz obviously its gonna make ur body work in overdrive. thers chances that u can have cardiac arrest or something

anything that makes u 'feel' more energetic is unsafe, cuz u'll feel all good, and ur body won't be able to make u stop when its had enough, and u may also have a heart attack. frankly tho, if you work 14 hours a day, and say u take 1 hr to go and come back from work, that gives you 8 hours to sleep

Sleep is your magic weapon, seriously, NOTHING makes up for it. plus if you force yourself to go for a small jog, u'll like collapse when u get home, so you won't waste time waiting in bed while u try to fall asleep. just increase the distance of ur jogs little by little, in a few months, your body should become much more accustomed to jogging, it'll become more efficient, u'll feel more energetic all without substances.
