How do I find sale date on concerts and sports events so I can b first in line?

I want to get the best seats to sold out events and trade them later for my benifit or use them.. I don't want a site like ticket master.. I want a site with all the up coming events in my area or the united states, that are going to sell out or will be in high demand.. Thanks for if help..
