Basically thats it lol well im making a double, got too many table tops and they annoy the shit out of me now, so i made the take off ramp and its fairly high, then being the dumb one i am, realised i have no idea how to tell where to build the down ramp or how to tell where im gonna land, and im not taking that thing cause ill die if i even put my front wheel on it.

Is there any sorta maths equaision to tell where im gonna land? i think there was one that had like speed and the angle of take off or watever, or is there some other way that im just completely overseeing? i basically wana get as high as possible for as long as possible, any ideas?

Doubles can come in many different sizes and lengths can depend on where your take off is. If coming out of a tight corner the jump needs to be shorter probably about 9 metres from crest to crest. If it is a double on a straight it could be around 15 metres if it has a steep up ramp and you can hit it harder. You need to round off the top if you pull up half a bike length short to make it safer. You could also just have a look at the length of the tabletop you have that you like the distance of as a tabletop is just a jump with the middle filled in so if you imagine the middle done as a double then you have your distance.
