E Emmα :) New member Oct 26, 2010 #2 Spitting up blood and your fever (feel cold but hot to the touch + the shakes) sounds serious. It could be many things but pneumonia comes to mind. Go to the emergency room, or see your doctor immediately. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!
