How do I find out information about my criminal conviction (SIA related)?

In the July of 2009, I was convicted of acts of piracy against multiple music companies, and for fraud.

No solicitor was present so I decided not to hold it off and just wanted to get it over with, so I went into the courtroom myself and was given a £4125 fine, but as I had no solicitor, I had no information.

Now I know that after so long this will become spent and I no longer have to declare it, but I'm looking to apply for an SIA licence so I can work as a security guard, but I'm not sure of the exact names of my crimes to check against SIA's criteria for serious or significant crimes.

Furthermore, I don't know whether the multiple companies whose content I pirated constitutes multiple charges of piracy or whether it is a single criminal offence - but I suppose that's irrelevant considering I was also charged with fraud.

I would also like to find out when I was charged so I can see how long I have before it is spent.

I've tried both this site and Google, and all I'm led to are websites giving the same information about criminal convictions, but doesn't give me any information about where I can find out about my specific criminal conviction.
