I am pursuing legal action on a business as they broke the law, it is a newsagent and i believe a sole trader. How can i find out the owners name? Or contact number? they aren't in the phone book or listed in yellow pages and google searches are leading me nowhere....is there a register that all sole traders need to be on? and if so how do i find that? many thanks anyone
