I got a speeding ticket and I want to fight it by Trial by Declaration. I already wrote my statement, but I'm still one number away from being able to submit this sucker. On the TR-205 form it wants to know my case number. Well, the letters have provided me plenty of info on how to pay them, but no case number. I already sent a letter requesting a Trial by Declaration and they sent back a form letter that said I could submit my completed TR-205 with my bail... but they still haven't given me a case number. Therefore, I can't complete the TR-205 form.
