My sister and her bf just got new Blackberry phones and I'm trying to help them figure out what the WEP code is so we can get their wi-fi started. I dont know if their is a chosen WEP code that is already set, or if you can choose what you want it to be yourself..Some questions that i've looked at on here say that you can choose it yourself if you reset the router but i can't figure out how to reset it, or even where to go to find the router so i can reset it. I just need some help to figure out where to find the WEP code or how to reset the router so i can help my sis and her bf get their web accessed. They have their own web service too, but they have wi-fi enabled so we're trying to find out how to get it working..Thanks everyone!! and also, when i go to the screen where it says to enter the WEP code, it says that it must be 10 or 26 hexadecimal (0-9, A-F) digits, or 5 or 13 characters..i cant figure out what that means either..HELP..thanx so much!!
