I tried to look up instructions online on how to ferment them but I was unsuccessful. Does anyone have any experience on this that could share them with me? I also wanted to know if the fermentation process changes the flavor of the beans once they are actually cooked and used in a recipe. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
