How do I feign (meaning fake for all you less educated) surprise and sadness over

this Michael Jackson stuff? My family are all crazy about Michael Jackson and I couldn't care les about them but I don't want seem like a dickhole because I am getting ready to go upstairs. How do I act like I am distraught and shocked about it when the truth is I really couldn't care less. I don't want them all to think I'm a dickhole so I want to make like I give a rat's tootoo!
 
first of all, you should care. michael jackson is a music legend.

second of all, they are all saying hes dead but no one is 100 % sure. the guy on the news is saying his family is crying hard but no ones telling him anything so he cant confirm that he is dead.
