How Do I extract and combine two .iso images if they are compressed into a .rar?

I have two parts of an .iso file. Each are compressed into a .rar. Whenever I try to extract one part of the file winrar says it cannot do so because the file is corrupt. I'm pretty sure it just needs the other part of the file but I have no idea how I can combine them if neither can be extracted.
