HOW DO I EXTEND THE TEXT MESSAGE CHARACTER LIMIT ON MY MOTOROLA RAZR V3?

i believe all phones have a same limit (160). some service providers allow you to send a long text but they just send them as two separate texts instead, some will just send the limited amount of text and notify you that you just tried to send a long text and exceeded the limit. i googled the question before and there are several articles on it. good luck

i have just bought a motorola razr v3 and when i reach the character limit i am not able to write anything else. i dont care if i have to pay for another text i would just like to be able to write long messages like i could with my old phones??
