How do I enroll my son in pre-school without vaccinations?

My son is 4 yrs old and has peanut allergies. My wife and I are wary of vaccinations. Do I just tell the school that we do not believe in vaccinations (in our religion)? Do I have to prove that vaccinations are not allowed in my religion and do I have to obtain a form?
 
This depends entirely on the state. I believe some states allow parents with religious beliefs that do not allow vaccinations to get exemptions (although it sounds like you are not really opposed for genuine religious reasons). Other states will not allow unvaccinated kids in public school, and you would have to home school to avoid vaccinating.
