how do i end this binge & starve cycle?

i can't stop doing this. i'm a senior in college & it started as a freshman. my binges have gotten progressively worse..andddd..now i'm home for xmas break & it's so frusturating. i binged sunday really bad..probably 3,500 calories for the entire day or more. so then monday came & i was really sick, so i just drank 3 servings of whey protein, had a salad & an apple. today... i was doing so well.. this is what i ate:

b- oatmeal & tea
l- salad w/fat free dressing/low fat cheese, 2.5 servings of mini quaker cakes, 1 mini bag of popcorn, a handful of almonds
d- tuna on lite wheat bread
party food (i went to a xmas party)- 1 choc chip cookie, serving of mini tostitos with buffalo chic dip
binge: about 7 ferrero roches (sp?), like 7 mini choc chip cookies, 3 mini cheese raviolis, 2 feta&spinach perogies, 2 small pieces of garlic bread, & a handful of cheez itz.

why do i do this? and how do i break this cycle? :( i know a lot of girls are like me, but i'm really embarrassed about this and feel like I cant talk about this to anyone because they think I'm crazy. (since I'm about average size.. 5/2 1/2 and weigh 115ish)..this is just so upsetting and it is driving me insane.
