How do I enable Internet access for my motorola V190 phone?

3-4 years ago I bought this phone (this was back when we used a carrier called Unicel) and when Unicel shut down, we had to switch to AT&T because in my town that's the only carrier that gets service. My AT&T phone broke and so I'm using this Motorola as a backup but I can't get on the Internet, and that comes with my plan so it'll just be a waste of money if I don't use it.
