- Chat --> ok, i want to enable chat on my ps3, but when i go to FRIENDS on the ps3 and to "start new chat", it says "You cannot use chat" why is this? I have tried looking in the chat settings but that only gives me the option of changing avatar or image. Am i not able to use chat because of settings on my broadband router or what?
-> i have my parental controls set on level 11, my parents have not touched my ps3 but yet i still cannot access call of duty: world at war online due to parental controls, also i have the same problem on playstation home. how do i fix this??
