How do I edit audio book chapter titles on iTunes?

I downloaded an iTunes audio book on the internet. As with all other iTunes audio books, it is one single file, and when you play it on your ipod it displays chapters. However, I want to edit the chapter titles. I don't know how to do this, as when I click on it in iTunes and select "get info", i can't find where I can edit subchapters. Anyone know how to do this?
