How do i eat healthy without cutting out my lifestyle?

well i can eat healthy, three meals, two healthy snacks. but when it comes to dinner, it seems like all of that flushes out of my head. how do i control myself or better yet what is some kind of rule i can go by to keep my diet going sucessfully?


also, i dont like exercising. i do an exercise video, i dance to the radio for about a hour total time each day. is this helpful to me losing weight?
