Its so hard, I have like five friends sleeping over tommorow and they are coming straight home with me from school, then we are going to the movies then out to ice cream then finally home where they will prob eat more junk food!
I think I can handle myself from NOT eating junk food and resist at the movies,
but I dont have time to make a healthy dinner and I dont want them to know I'm on a diet plus they will all make a statement if I dont have any ice cream or frozen yogurt(they will notice I'm not eating!)
So I was thinking I should have breakfast and lunch (LITTLE ONES) that way I'm not eager to snack at night, but is frozen yogurt that fattening? Should that be my only dinner?
