Hello everyone,
we've had this vulcan since 2000-2003 when my brother began to ride, kept in great condition, but bumped up to another bike leaving me with the hassel to put her back in shape when i was ready to ride. There is almost a full tank of gas that has been sitting in the tank for about...ohh..lets say a couple years. What do you suggest,? does not look rotted, gas still looks very clean. I think the petcock is clogged, the 00 model gives you On, Res, and PR. and i dont know where i should go from here so i can start the bike and get it on the road.
Other info - Battery is dead, chain is rusted(CLR???)
