I have the black samsung intensity (verizon) and got it like 2 weeks ago. I read everywhere that you can download music,pics, and more to ur phone and also upload pics from ur phone to the computer. I have looked at like a million sites and nothing has solved my problem; and now im hearing that u can zoom in when taking pics and now take videos. My brother's friend has the exact same phone and has no problem doing any of those on his, and he can't really explain how he does it. I also hear you need to get some memory card...but it costs like $25 for just the 2 or 4 mg memory card, i've tried the usb cable and it says its synced the pics and songs but it hasn't. Please help me!!!thanks in advance=)
