How do I download Flash Player on my PSP? [10 points]?

I want to watch videos and listen to music from youtube and other sites but it won't let me because I don't have the latest flash player. How do I download it?

Also, when I tried to download it, I was on the Adobe page and it asks what kind of system i'm using [ex: Windows 98, Windows Vista, etc..] and I don't know what to put.

Or is there any way I can hook up my PSP to my computer and download it from there?

AND, How do I put music on my PSP? I hooked it into my computer, opened WMP, made a list of songs I wanted to sync, and pressed "Start Sync". When I was done, I went to go view my music on my PSP and there weren't any songs on there. They only had the artist's name. How do I fix that?
 
well the only think i could think of is to enable flash player but i think that it wouldn't work either. in my opinion if you have a hacked psp try downloading psptube which is like youtube and you can watch a bunch of videos there and if not try looking up in youtube see how to hack it, well good luck.

to put music you need the to connect the psp into the computer and you need to have a memory card in the psp after that make a folder in the memorycard called psp and inside the psp folder make a new folder called music and there is where you should put your music.
you'll need to enable wmp which is located in the system settings.
