How do i download Facebook Mobile on my phone?

My phone is LG KS360. BUT, i want to download it once, and pay once for the download, so that every time i log in, it'll be free. I know a lot of people who have that on their phone, but i don't know how to download it. (i DON'T want to pay for it every time i log in.) A link would be great, and step by step instructions are really great!
