How do i do open my php webpages on computers on the local network? (intranet)?

i do have xammp installed on my machine that will runs apache. and serves as my server
i made some php web pages. and it runs smoothly on my local machine..
but when i tried to open it to other pc on the network it wont load up..

i tried to connect using:
http://<my ip>/home.php

and it failed

what seems to be the problem ?
any helps, tips, and reference
