On December 29th I made a cash deposit via envelope at a Co-Op Credit union's ATM for $20 cash. Now 3 weeks later they are deducting $20 from my account and charging me a $10 fee. So, they are making $30 off me. Anyone have any suggestions on how to dispute this? I called the Co-Op credit union and they told me to talk to my original (home) Credit Union to file and investigation. Hopefully I'll get my money credited back to my account. Thanks for the help!
