How do I discuss sex with my virgin girlfriend?

After dating my co-worker for a couple of months Ive asked her to be my girlfriend. She's really into to me and im really into her. Im her first boyfriend and relationship. We make out all the time but I want to be more intimate (sexually). Im just worried that if I bring it up she may feel like that's all im after when its not. I really like this girl and don't want her to get the wrong idea. I really want this girl. What should i do?
 
if waiting for the right time is very important to the girl then if you care about her, you'll respect her morals and not pressure her into it.
