You need to scan the photo. Then you can open the file in Photoshop or Corel Draw. Many print shops will offer scanning services. Ask them to do a high resolution scan for you. It shouldn't be too expensive.
I have a photograph of my companies logo but do not have any kind of JPEG or digital file of it. How can I make one with Photoshop or CorelDraw? Or is there a company that can do it for me?
