How do I delete this file off of my flash drive?

I downloaded Ubuntu and installed a bootable version of it on my flash drive and installed it on a computer as a school project. Well after I installed Ubuntu and then deleted all of the files, one of them still remained on my flash drive. I can't delete the file or the folder it's in because it always says "Cannot find file location" It also now says my flash drive has 944MB instead of 4GB like it used to.
 
Use your windows search, look for all of the files with that name, and delete them immediately. If you make sure to delete all other files, then I'm pretty sure the file you can't remove will be removable.
