How do I delete the CHAT box on my Yahoo IN-BOX page?

I DON'T WANT CHAT! I'm wasting a lot of time blocking people I don't know who want to chat with me. Those annoying boxes keep coming up!
 
ME TOO! it's annoying! and they're all people i DON"T know! not to mention they are all just creepers...a mrbaseball every second i log on! sooooo annoying! i've tried to get rid of it...no luck here
