How do I delete ringtones from LG Ally?

I tried downloading them using the "Save as ring tone" option on my LG Ally. They appear under ring tones but with a strange name, and they won't play. I've mistakenly downloaded the same one 5 times, and another three - since they don't work, I'd like to remove them. How do I do that? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
