My blackberry currently nuked a while back and I took it into a repair guy to fix it. He put the latest blackberry software on it, but lucky me it has firewall setting on it thats currently locked and I cannont change it. First off, can I change this firewall setting? IF NOT, how do I remove the current OS and put on the one I downloaded from the blackberry website that clearly will not have a firewall issue. All help is appreciated please and thank you.
