How do I delete files on a write protected flash stick?

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. Yesterday I could insert the flash stick and it would open. Today it will not. I need to get into the flash stick because it has all my activation codes for the software I'm running. Also I need to delete some picture files that will not open.
Please Help!
