How do I deal with a Film teacher in Media Studies that I just couldn't

stand from 10 years ago? I had a tutor 10 years ago in Media Studies that I just could not stand, He said all kinds of controversial things without any awareness that what he was saying could be considered ridiculous and was rude and condescending, He really got on my nerves and I ended up quitting the course in part because he was such a pain. he also fitted the stereotype of a bad teacher but no one seemed to question him and if they did it was like he would bite their head off. He made a big point about his qualifications being the last person or something admitted to the London Film School on a scholarship or something. But it was like he did not really want to teach and was dogmatic and came across as weirdly stupid and would get us to do things when there was no point and his whole lesson felt like a waste of time. I have not got over it because I felt he was emotionally abusive and he really irritated me and I don't know how to deal with some of the negative things he said about stuff. He also said things which were supposed to sound really intelligent but the way he said it, it just sounded thick, as if the ridiculous thing he said everyone agreed with and it was true, but it was really open to question. It was like a thick person saying something that was to intelligent for him to understand but then acting like he did understand it and it was right. It was like he did not have a clue and did not really know what he was talking about.
