How do I crop a series of photos to be the same size in photoshop CS2?

I have about 200 images that need to be cropped differently, some are fine the way they are but most need to be cropped. These photos are for a website & they need to have a uniform look to them. When I originally went through to crop them, I ended up with different sizes which looked unprofessional. Also, tried cropping & resizing to the same dimensions but still didnt work.
 
I routinely crop photos on a daily basis using CS2. Just set the crop tool to your specifications, both size and resolution (which will probably be 72 dpi) and then simply use the crop tool to draw the marquee around your selection and double click in the selection. The proportions of the marquee the crop tool draws will always be constrained and your 200 photos should all be the same size.
