How do I correct a "fast-flash" issue w/ JamStrait LED's?

Hello!
I'm having a fast-flash issue w/ my 3157 White, Hyper-Bright bulbs. I have installed one "625-LE" on each (four total) of the brake/turn lights on the rear of my 1999 Ford Crown Vic But, the fast flash continues. Also, it is VERY difficult to tell whether the the turn signals are flashing-- that is, there is very LITTLE difference between the brightness of the parking lights and the turn signal flash. The LE's ARE getting hot while in operation.

When I turn on the hazard lights, the fast-flash condition is no longer present. I have tried connecting the ground(s) to a wire, wired to the chassis, close to the rear turn signals-- I've also hard-wired / soldered the connections (not using the squeeze connectors). . . . . They're still fast-flashing, w/ a dim-flash. Would 650-LE's work, since the 625's apparently are not helping? If so, will wiring two 625's together be the same as using one 650 (just to test the issue, before buying four 650's)?
JamStrait ( Jam Strait ) tech support said that it sounds like I'm doing everything right, and they have no further advice(???!!!)
Thanks!

u might need to change ur flasher...the stock flasher may not b taking the LE amp difference well......swap it with a heavy-duty or a light duty if heavy is in it...the reason i say this is if it works with the hazard then sounds like ur flasher is the problem......other than that u may have to put LE in the front as well so that u getting same signal strength all way around the car....cas a fast flash normally means a bulb is bad....good luck
