that ive got on the ipod touch? -It is impossible to simply drag and drop
-it says that if i want to sync apps from itunes they will replace the ones already on there
-I have successfully transferred apps in the past i.e. without losing all the ones already on there
- I haven't actually tried pressing "sync" - i'm worried about losing the apps that i've paid for and downloaded directly to the ipod touch

ok i just tried ticking sync and confirming, would have lost all downloaded apps if id gone ahead. Itunes help says you can drag and drop with software 3.1, which i already have. ??
