So I was walking in the woods yesterday with my son and this very young deer ran up on us. He said "look dad its Bambi!" So I put a a hot one between it's eyes and we drug it home. Now I have no idea how to clean it or cook it. It won't fit in my trashcan so I feel compelled to eat it. I'm thinking jerky. Any suggestions?
