My boyfriend picked out this steak the other day at the grocery store, and it's huge! It's 1.92 lbs, and it wasn't cheap. The problem is that I've never cooked steak before so I have a few questions. What do I season it with? Salt and pepper, or what? What's the best way to cook it in the oven? It kinda has to be the oven because I don't have a grill or a skillet/pan big enough, lol. Anything would help I just don't want to ruin it so please help!
