Hello –
I know seafood is good for you, but I don’t do any cooking just for myself, so I’m wondering if anybody has some simple suggestions.
For example – for haddock or scrod – just put it in a baking dish, put a dab of butter on top, squeeze a bit of lemon juice on it, cover it with foil, and put it in a preheated at 350 oven for ½ hour – will that result in a nice tasty piece of fish?
Perhaps sprinkle some kind of salad dressing on top of it instead? Marinate it first? Something simple along those lines is all I have the patience for – LOL! Thanks!
