I want to cook some frozen chicken breast in a crockpot, but I'd rather not add a bunch of spices or other things, just plain as can be.
Can I just add some oil and turn it on or do I need to put them in water? Any advice would be great.
Just a small amout of water to prevent burning or sticking on the pan, and if you want you can pour a small amount of oil over the top of the chicken. Just turn the pot on and that's it. All the natural oils from the chicken will flavor it... Yummy
